
Supercharged Green Smoothie Recipe

1 cup Pure Coconut Water
4 cups Raw Spinach
1 Ripe Banana
2 tbsp Chia Seeds (pre-soaked in water)

Optional: Pre-soak your Chia Seeds in water beforehand

Blend Coconut Water, Banana and Spinach until smooth

Add chia seeds to mixture, and blend a little more to mix everything together

Serve fresh
