5 Potent YouTube Video Workouts for Legs
I recently did a personal 100 Days of Daily Exercise challenge and tried many different workout videos along the way. YouTube became one of my best friends, with hundreds of videos to choose from. Trying new workouts is a great way to keep exercise interesting and a lot more fun. Here are 5 Potent Video Workouts for Legs that I discovered and love. Try them out and learn to love the burn!

Ready to move that lower half?
I don’t know about you, but as a woman, when you reach the age of 30, you start seeing some changes in the body. Especially around the lower half. Oh, those thighs!
And the thighs area is not easy to firm up. It takes work!
But, if you really want to make a change, you need to commit and put in the work. That’s when you see results.
Just get up an hour earlier a couple days a week, and press play on one of these videos.
Your first few times may be uncomfortable, but the more you do it, the better you’ll get.
Doing these videos is not only great for the body, but it’s also great for the mind. You’ll feel like superwoman every time you complete a video. You’ll be like “YEAH, I did it! Yes!”. Making it to the end, sweating and finished, you’ll feel so proud. Especially when you exercise first thing in the morning. You’ll feel motivated and ready to conquer the day!
If you are serious about getting that lower half in shape, add a little exercise to your Morning Routine and be consistent. Do one of these intense videos three mornings a week, leaving the days in between for gentle yoga videos. That way to give your body time to stretch out your muscles and rest in between. Create a consistent exercise routine, and stick to it.
